IMPORTANT:  EACH ATTENDEE MUST BRING PHOTO ID TO ENTER THE HOSPITAL TOUR

NOTE: We will meet at the CMH Resource Development Office, please see directions below!!

·       The office is located in the Crown Center Complex.

·       You will enter the parking garage for our facility from Grand Avenue – it is the same parking facility for the American Restaurant and Halls Department Store.

·       You will enter on the Blue Level.

·       After entering turn to the left – travel to the end of the row of cars – beside the double doors is the number “2400.”

·       You will enter the building through the double doors – go down a hallway to a second set of double doors.

·       After you go through the second set of doors – turn left – there is a phone on the right side of the wall.

·       Please call 5-1356, Judy will be waiting for your call to let you in.

Please bring your parking ticket with you so we can validate it.
